Sub-Contractor Bidding

We competitively bid out to at least three qualified companies. We ensure that each bid is properly leveled so we can make an equal comparison. This ensures on-spec delivery and the best price available.

General Contracting

Construction Management

We run weekly job meetings with the design team and interested stakeholders to provide updates on progress, review potential challenges, and coordinate work with vendors who work directly for the tenant.

AIA Billing

Our billing is broken out by trade and tied to progress. It’s signed off by the design professional to provide confidence that you’re paying only for what you have received.

Approvals and Sign-off

We coordinate all inspections required and provide comprehensive closeout documentation, including a full set of final drawings, as-builts, warranty letters with a 1-year workmanship guarantee, and operation and maintenance manuals.

Ongoing Maintenance

Your freshly built space is built to last, but that doesn’t mean that some things don’t require maintenance. No one knows your space as well as your general contractor, and we are able to provide you with concierge level service to address all potential issues and minor redesigns.
